1. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We ship to all valid addresses within Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details so you can follow your delivery status at any time.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes depend on your location; most Australian deliveries take approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the region and chosen shipping method.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order, delivery address, and current carrier rates.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error, damage, or fault on our behalf.
3. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or does not arrive at all, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. Photo evidence may be required to process your claim.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
4. International Orders
