1. Returns & Refunds
If an item you receive is faulty, damaged during shipping, or materially different from its description, you are entitled under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to request a refund, repair, or replacement. We do not refuse refunds or returns for faulty or mis-described items. Your rights under the ACL always apply.
2. Return Process
To request a return or refund, please contact us through the customer support section of our website. When submitting a request, provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence of the fault or damage if applicable.We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (for eligible items).
Once we review and confirm the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, a replacement, or store credit, depending on stock availability and your preference.
3. Conditions for Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags, packaging, and receipts intact. If a returned item shows signs of use or damage not related to the original fault, the return may be refused or the refund amount may be adjusted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to a product fault, shipping damage, or an incorrect item being sent, we will cover or reimburse the return shipping costs. If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return postage and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
5. Timing of Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed promptly. The time it takes for the funds to appear will depend on your payment provider’s processing times.
6. Sale or Discounted Items
Sale or discounted items are eligible for return or refund only if the item is faulty, damaged, or materially not as described. Change-of-mind returns do not apply to sale items.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days (unused, tags). Customer pays return shipping.
